Troubleshooting

Common checks

Most connection problems are resolved by checking the startup order, USB detection time, Bluetooth availability, and the selected Job.

ACTAS does not recognize the drive

Disconnect the USB cable, confirm ACTAS Link is powered, wait 1–2 minutes, reconnect it, and allow about one minute for USB detection.

The app keeps scanning

Confirm Bluetooth is enabled, keep the phone close to ACTAS Link, and allow up to approximately three minutes after startup for the device to appear.

The exported file is missing

Verify that the correct Job was selected and that the report export finished successfully before opening the mobile app.
