Select the “Configuration” tile on the touch screen to add a new sensor to the library.
Select “Sensor Library.”
Select “Sensorsets.”
In the upper-right corner of the screen, press the “+” icon to create a new sensor set.
The sensors are displayed. Select an existing sensor profile to create a sensor set of this type.
A sensor set with three sensors of the selected sensor type is created. Tap sensors 1–3 to assign the respective sensors to the switch poles and adjust them.
All three sensors need to be the same.
The individual sensors of a set can be adjusted to exclude deviations caused by different measuring accuracies. Tap the sensor.
Tap in the “Adjustment data” field.
Connect the sensor. Move the sensor to a defined position—for example, by approaching a gauge block—and use the arrow button to define the first adjustment point.
Move a defined distance and use the arrow button to define the second adjustment point. Enter the length of the defined path in the “dX in” field.
The sensor’s actual input range is automatically calculated, displayed, and stored for correction during measurements with that sensor.
