Remote Control Via Web Server

Connect the ACTAS Px60 to a wireless network and open its remote-control page from another device.

Set up remote control

Open Configuration

Power on the ACTAS Px60.

  • Select the “Configuration” tile on the touch screen.

Enable remote web control

Set the remote control setting to “Remote + Webserver.”

  • Select “General settings.”

Open network settings

Select the “Network” tab to set up wireless communication.

Choose the wireless network

Select the “WLAN” tab.

  • Select the wireless network from the list.
  • Press “Connect.”

Enter network security details

Select the “Security” dropdown and choose the wireless network security protocol—in most cases, WPA2-PSK (AES).

  • Enter the network password and press “Connect.”

Return to the home screen

Press the back arrow to return to the home screen.

Connect the remote device

On the device you will use for remote control—iOS, Android, PC, etc.—join the same wireless network as the ACTAS.

Open the remote-control page

In a web browser, type the WLAN IP address shown on the ACTAS home screen, followed by /remote.html.
