Exporting Test Jobs

Export complete jobs, individual test steps, or selected steps as ACTAS data or PDF reports.

Open Jobs

Power on the ACTAS Px60.

  • Select the “Jobs” tile on the touch screen.

Show stored jobs

Select “Show all” to view all stored test jobs.

To export a PDF report and/or job data from only one specific test step, skip to step 5.

Enable job selection

Select the “Check list” button.

Export complete jobs

Select the job or jobs from the list to export.

  • Insert a USB drive* into the ACTAS Px60 USB A port.
  • Select the flash drive button to begin export.

This export method creates a job data file for ACTAS PC software containing all test steps in the selected job.

Open a job

Select the job to open from the list.

Choose a test step

From the graph view, scroll through test steps using the left and right arrows.

  • Scroll to the specific test step to export. To export more than one test step, skip to step 8.

Export one test step

Insert a USB drive* into the ACTAS Px60 USB A port.

  • Select “Export.”
  • Choose “Test Data” to export a job data file for ACTAS PC Software, or “Report” to export the current test step as a PDF report.

Switch to list view

Select the “Graph” button to toggle to list view.

Enable test-step selection

Select the “Check list” button.

Select test steps

Select the test steps to export, or select “All.”

Export selected test steps

Insert a USB drive* into the ACTAS Px60 USB A port.

  • Select “Export.”
  • Choose “Test Data” to export a job data file for ACTAS PC Software, or “Report” to export the selected test steps as a PDF report.

  • A report can be generated as a “single report file”, with all selected test steps in one document, or as “separate report files”, with each selected test step in its own document.

Information saved under “user data” in “General Settings” of the “Service” menu appears on the exported PDF report.

*The USB flash drive must be formatted as FAT32, which is a typical default on most flash drives.

If the ACTAS Px60 has a Wi-Fi dongle in the USB A port, remove it before inserting the flash drive.
