Electronic Control Output Connections

Connect the I/O cables

Connect the cables labeled I/O. On the P360+, connect the cables to the inputs labeled I/O Coil A, B & C (I, O). On the P260+, connect the cables to the inputs labeled I/O Coil (I, O).

Electronic control outputs (IGBTs), with which DC and AC voltage coils can be operated, are used to operate the switching coils.

The coil operating currents are measured using shunts integrated in the test system, with a maximum measuring range of 100 A.

Relay Output Connections

Connect the relay cables

Connect the cables labeled Relay. On the P360+, connect the cables to the inputs labeled Ralais (1, 2). On the P260+, connect the cables to the inputs labeled Ralais.

The relay outputs are controlled via the software just like the IGBT control outputs. Switch-on and switch-off times can be set relative to the start and end time of the test; see Settings for the switching device/Relays.
